About Brian and Melissa
We are Melissa and Brian and we own this beautiful condo as well as five vacation rental properties located on Hilton Head Island. We are full-time managers of our properties and for this Costa Rica Penthouse we are assisted by local property manager, Elsie Rodriguez. Elsie is very friendly and eager to ensure that you enjoy a trouble-free stay at the condo. She is almost a personal concierge and can arrange travel, grocery delivery, personal chefs, etc.
